Chat Service Terms


To provide you with our Chat Services (as defined below) through the applications, services, features and software we make available to you requires your express acceptance of our Terms of Service ("Terms"). You agree to our Terms by accessing, or using our service, features and software.


Our Services

GALERA GROUP 2012 S.L (company owner of GALERA GROUP) provides you with the services described below. below (collectively, the "Services"):

• Connect with other people.We offer you ways to communicate with other GALERA GROUP users, including sending of messages, show your image and show your status updates. GALERA GROUP collaborates with partners and service providers to help us provide you with other ways to connect with their services. We use the information we receive from them to operate, provide and improve our Services.
• Platform GALERA GROUP chat service works under the Firebase platform
• Privacy and security.We care a lot about the privacy and security of communications made on our Service, so what all communications between users are encrypted using keys that only the sender and receiver of the communication know, and are automatically deleted from the server once the recipient of the message has received the communication. If the message is not delivered after 30 days, it is automatically deleted.GALERA GROUP does not store communications or analyze their content with bots to take advantage of them. The service is provided as a fast communication service within GALERA GROUP application or one of its third-party applications developed by GALERA GROUP.
• Grant access to our Services from anywhere in the world. To operate our international Service, we need to store and distribute content and information in systems and data centers around the world, including regions outside of your country of residence. Our service providers or our affiliated companies may own or operate this infrastructure.
• Age.In order to use the service you must be at least 16 years of age, or the minimum age established by the establishment by which chat is enabled in your Disco or Club. In addition to being of the minimum age required to use our Services under applicable law, if you are not old enough to accept our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must accept our Terms on your behalf.
• Charges and taxes.You are responsible for the costs of your mobile operator's data plan, data plans, as well as all other fees and taxes associated with the use of our Services.

Use of the Chat application

• Access. By accessing a local chat room, you are showing the identity that you indicate in your chat profile to the other users of the room. Any user who is inside the room will be able to communicate with you, and you with them.
• Deactivate. At any time, you can turn off being present in chat for one room or all rooms. From that moment you will not be visible in any room and nobody will be able to communicate with you, nor you with them.
• Messages. The chat is enabled to facilitate communication between members who want it and who have the CARD of the room. We do not tolerate communications that may offend other users, so GALERA GROUP reserves the right to expel those people for whom GALERA GROUP has received more than one complaint. You will not use (or help others to use) our Services in communications that are: (a) unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, aggressive, racially, ethically, or sexually offensive, or that promote or encourage illegal or inappropriate conduct or encourage violence; (b) illegal or inadmissible communications such as advertising or spam; (c) any non-personal use of our service.
• Mute user. We offer you the possibility of disabling communications with a specific user so that they do not bother you anymore.
• Expulsion. By not reading the communications, we need the collaboration of users to detect people who misuse or use the service for purposes other than establishing friendly communications between users in a room. That is why in the case of detecting inappropriate use (indicated in the previous Messages point), they inform us through the mechanism enabled in the application. In the event of receiving more than one complaint, GALERA GROUP reserves the right to expel the user from the chat.
• Security of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security of your account.

Availability and cancellation of our Services

Availability. Our services may be interrupted due to, among other things, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or network or equipment errors. Our services may be affected by events beyond our control, such as natural events or other force majeure events.

Account cancellation. Although we want you to use our services, you can deactivate your Chat account at any time for any reason.

We may also modify, suspend or terminate your access to or use of our Services at any time if we notice suspicious or illegal conduct, including fraud, or if we have reason to believe that you violated our Terms or generated any damage, risk or legal exposure for us, our users or others.

Cancellation of service GALERA GROUP reserves the right to cancel the chat service without any compensation, being able to communicate it at least 30 days in advance.


Other provisions

We can modify or update these Terms. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes we make to our Terms.
